Fisting? Rusty Trombone? Alyssa Milano? Stop being baffled by strange-sounding sexual positions. SILENCE=FILTH is an educational video that uses four friendly (and filthy) mimes to act out what you’ve been wondering for years. SILENCE=FILTH was presented at FRAMELINE35 and has been featured on various blogs including Joe.My.God , The Bilerico Project , and Towleroad.

Featuring local artists Philip Huang, Baruch Porras-Hernandez, Kirk Read, Desiree Monique Rogers, and Kevin Seaman, this short balances an innocent form with explicit content. The name SILENCE=FILTH is an allusion to the 1987 SILENCE=DEATH project. And while SILENCE=DEATH was a serious movement to awaken the queer community to AIDS, SILENCE=FILTH is an absurdist peek into the rapidly expanding universe of gay sex acts. Music includes “Head In The Clouds” by Adonisaurus and original compositions by Brian Whitty.
